This event is perfect for everyone who loves the great outdoors, from seasoned hikers to casual walkers. We’ll be taking the Red Route, which will take approximately 4 hours, plus an additional hour for lunch.
Your £10 registration fee directly supports our cause, including the provision of breadmills that enhance sustainability by generating food for communities in Basse, The Gambia. One loaf of bread costs a minimum of 20 GDS (about £1.23) and can feed 2-3 people. Thus, £250 will provide roughly 200 loaves of bread, helping to meet the high demand for affordable food solutions in Basse.
Building a breadmill will not only offer a reliable source of sustenance but also create job opportunities and contribute to community development.
